Dan & Dawn arrived on our last day in Umpqua State Park, they brought food and a variety of liquid necessities. 

The following day after a hike around Lake Marie we moved a few miles down the road to William Tugman State Park.  We set up camp and then the festivities began. Wine, cheese, bread and a few other delicacies. It’s good to be in the woods! 

The next day we drove a few miles up the coast to Florence, OR. We went to the Old Town district, visited some shops, saw some restored buildings from the early 1900’s and then it was off to Mo’s for a seafood lunch. The clam chowder was outstanding.

The time passed quickly and before we new it D & D were packed up heading for home. We’re hoping for an encore visit in February.
